and spiritual well being. Wellness also connotes a mindset that
the French term "joie de vivre" or zest for living.
Preparing
For Your Appointment
Thank
you for honoring your appointment time. Fifteen minutes late or
more may require that we abbreviate or reschedule your appointment
in order to honor the appointments of our other guest's…..24-hour
cancellation notice is required for all appointments. Please arrive
15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure plenty
of time to complete any paperwork, allow you to change clothes,
secure your personal items and take a moment to relax.

Work As A Team
If
you would be more comfortable or better served by another member
of our staff who might provide a fresh point of view, please let
us know. We recognize that the correct staff-client match is paramount
and we encourage our guests to try any of our team members without
hesitation. Our Team of handpicked professionals are certified
in Advanced Education for superior technical service and technique.
Our entire team is meticulously and continually trained to insure
quality, consistency and gracious service for our guests.

We
employ only Licensed and Certified professionals in each of our
three departments: Skincare, Massage and Nails.

The highest compliment we could receive
is the referral of a family member or friend. Ask about our Client
Referral Program. The new client as well as the referring client
will receive Ten Dollars off their
next visit of $50.00 or more.

Gift cards are available at the spa, by mail, or may be charged
by telephone, they are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Card Guarantee
All services require a credit card guarantee
for late cancellation and missed appointments. When making your
reservation, please have a Visa or Mastercard number ready.
Cancellation
Policy
To ensure the highest level of service we
do ask all cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your
treatment. A courtesy confirmation call will be made in advance
of your appointment.
No
Children Please
To maintain our peaceful spa environment, the facility is reserved
for adults. No children under the age of 12 are allowed unless
they are receiving services.
Cell
Phones and Pagers
Our client's time here is for relaxation
and rejuvenation, please turn all cell phones and pagers off.
Returns
Present your receipt within one week from
date of purchase and receive in store credit.
Jewelry
Serene Wellness Spa cannot be responsible
for personal valuables. We advise you to leave them at home or
lock them in your personal locker while visiting us.
